The Epilepsy Leadership Foundation (ELF) is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering adolescents/young adults with epilepsy and chronic diseases to manage their condition and be an integral part of their community. We aim to influence health outcomes and minimize stigma through education, new innovative technologies, and the involvement of families, and multi-disciplinary partners.

Calling Volunteers to Participate in a Research Study Using a Novel app, Medilepsy.
**STUDY IS COMPLETED**
The study's purpose is to test whether Medilepsy can help with medication adherence (achieve on-time habits) and transition (independence, self-advocacy).
If you are between the ages of 16-24 years and have the following:
- Epilepsy
- Take prescribed medications.
- Have an iPhone with an internet connection
